Continuous improvement is only possible with continuous training and education. We have weekly meetings both in the office and at the jobsite to train our employees and subcontractors on standard procedures, jobsite specific objectives and company systems and policies. We facilitate communication both internally, and externally, and encourage a sharing of information and experience. Developing our employee’s personal, professional and technical skills is paramount to our success, and theirs. We have developed a career path along with a list of recommended training courses for each position.
